Summary: Sealand doesn't know what to say when around the Cameroonian.

Peter has always been talkative and hyper. Actually, Peter has spent most of his life happily seeking out the company of others and talking their ears off, happy and friendly and at times downright annoying when around different nations.
He always knew what to say.
Until now, that is.
And the most suprising thing is, when he wants to talk to Cameroon, he's left speechless and nothing to say.
He can't think of anything to say and when he does he's not sure if the man is listening or not.
There's something about Cameroon that commands attentive respect and silence. It intimidates Peter a little but he knows the African nation means well and would never put him down for speaking to him.
In fact, Peter knows that Cameroon doesn't mind his chatter.
But for now, all he can do is grin happily, and wish that the next time he meets the Cameroonian, he'll be able to know what to say to make the dark-skinned male smile a genuine smile.
