Title: Not So Annoying
Chapter: One
Characters: Sealand and Cameroon
Summary: Peter never met anyone like Cameroon before.
Pairings: None
Author's Note: Why do I get this feeling that when Cameroon pops up on the show he'll interact with Sealand? I don't know but I dreamt that Sealand met Cameroon so here ya' go!
Disclaimer: I don't own Hetalia.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Peter, also known as Sealand never met anyone like the African nation Cameroon before.

How odd. He always spent his time around the other nations, bugging them to recognize him and pestering them until England dragged him out. Not once did he even sense the African nation's presence until now.

"I want you to recognize me Jerkland!"

He had settled himself in a seat near his elder brother, poking the Englishman in the chest and smirking confidently. It took him an hour to finally sneak inside and he was not going to leave until his brother allowed him to attend the World Meetings.

England however was not amused.

"Will you just shut it and leave you little twit!"

The sharp pain in his arm made him whimper a little. He didn't expect his older brother to grab him harshly by the arm and shake him, demanding that he apologize for wasting everyone's time and leave.

He also hadn't expected to hear a cool, emotionless voice speak up against the hot headed Englishman. Usually everyone would ignore their tussles but not this time.

"Enough."

It was him. That tall, dark-skinned male wearing sharp-looking glasses and bearing a strange looking cross-shaped scar on the side of his head. On the outside he looked cool and completely composed but Sealand could see the look of mild disappointment in his wise brown eyes.

Disappointment that was directed towards England.

"There is no need for you to jostle the child England. He's only a boy."

"Really Cameroon? Last time I checked he wasn't your little brother or your son."

Dangling in England's arms, Peter scowled and crossed his arms trying to keep his furious tears away. All he wanted was to at least sit in on the meetings at least once and prove that he wasn't some little boy that needed looking after all the time.

For a moment he considered just allowing England to make him leave but once again the Cameroonian spoke up.

"You are correct. He is not my child nor is he my little brother, but its only fair that you allow him to at least sit in on our meetings. In order for him to grow he must learn.

"He knows nothing about the world! He's a child!"

"Exactly. Which is why he needs to learn. If he troubles us during the meeting I will take full responsibility."

For six tense minutes England and Cameroon stared each other down while Peter squirmed in his brother's grip.

Germany cleared his throat, trying to dispel the tension but the two nations would not let up…until England finally snorted and set Peter down.

"Alright then. Since your so fond of keeping this little menace here I suggest you let him sit next to you. After all he is your responsibility."

"Fine, fine. Come and sit next to me child."

"I'm not a child I'm Peter!"

The man, Cameroon chuckled lightly at his chipper response and motioned for the tiny nation to sit beside him.

"Hush and sit right here…there that's a good boy now listen and keep quiet."

Peter nodded and lisend wide-eyed and attentive, blue eyes darting to stare up at the Cameroonian who spoke up for him, admiring him for actually treating him like he belonged.

And when the meeting finally came to a close, Cameroon placed a hand on the child's head and praised Peter for being good and offered to have him play football with him one day an offer Peter delightfully accepted.

Yeah.

He liked Mr. Cameroon.
We need to give the African Nations more love and Sealand because let's face it, if Sealand wants to grow he must learn from the other countries and not be shunned because of how small he is. And plus I like the idea of Cameroon acting like a bit of an older brother or father figure towards Sealand. Cameroon reminds me of Sweden because of how serious he looks and the glasses:).

Here is the Second chapter to my Not So Annoying series.
