Checkmate Part VI

1. Dare

"You wouldn't!" Touko cried as she held onto the towel that still managed to strategically cover her freshly showered body but she couldn't help feeling both incredulous and excited at the ravenous look in Cheren's eyes.

2. Small

Cheren never truly appreciated his looks until this exact moment where he lay perfectly snuggled in the softness of Touko's breasts - err, arms.

3. First

Cheren was her first and her last. No one, not even N could ever replace him.

4. Fever

Their kisses were hot and fierce, fingers leaving fiery trails all over each other's bodies, both consumed by some unfathomable desire - hunger - for each other.

5. Past

Touko was loathed to admit it, but she was rather thankful that Cheren never took their make-out sessions too far.

6. Plea

"Aah... aah... uhn! Nnnh... Touko... be gentle..."

7. Real

Team Plasma had nearly demolished everything humans and pokemon worked hard to achieve while N took pleasure in making Cheren believe that his love for Touko was not real.

8. Fly

"Uhm, Cheren, you forgot to zip up you're..." Touko could not finish as the boy hissed in mortification, rushing back into the male's bathroom.

9. Tears

"No more tears from you... I told you these berries were real spicy, didn't I?"

10. Walk

Touko used to take a lot of things for granted; however, since Team Plasma, she has learned to be thankful for even the simple stuff - like strolling, or strolling and holding Cheren's hand.

11. Again

"The answer is no, Cheren... it's already five in the morning and I have to train... s-stop it... I said no... I said... Ohh... I s-said... Nnnh..."

12. Forever

In another life, they are two students going to the same high school and they are simply and irrevocably in love.

13. Present

Valentine's Day always put Cheren into frenzy. Should he get Touko a box of chocolates like any other normal boy would do? Or should he get an egg from the Daycare Center and hatch it into a baby Audino?

14. Weakness

Getting a kiss on the ear was one of Touko's greatest weaknesses and Cheren took pleasure in taking advantage of her weakness.

15. Alone

At a very young age, Cheren learned to not trust anyone, to not depend on anyone, to refrain from making bonds and to keep himself from feeling; now all of that has changed, thanks to Touko.

16. Copy

"Cheren the new hat you bought looks just like my own! Are you trying to copy off of
me?"

17. Limit

Everyone had their limits but with Touko she was chuck full of energy that made Cheren wonder why she hadn't died from exhaustion yet?

18. Human

People likened Cheren to a dark-type pokemon because of several physical attributes and mysterious mannerisms; only Touko knew just how gentle, caring and loving Cheren truly was.

19. Difference

Sometimes she was passion incarnate, overflowing with desire and pushing Cheren past his limits; other times she was generosity personified, giving everything and taking nothing, worshipping every inch of the dark-haired boy's body; still other times she was love come to life, moving slowly and tenderly, eyes shining with absolute, undying devotion.

20. Future

"I want a house with a small kitchen; a large room where we can train our pokemon, three bathrooms, and-Cheren are you writing this all down?"

21. Young

They say, 'With age comes experience,' but as Touko lay panting and drenched in sweat, breasts heaving and skin flushed, her entire body still tingling in ecstasy, she figured that whoever said that has never met Cheren.

22. Raising

Cheren entered the small home after a very long - the sharp-eyed male looking forward to spending the rest of the evening with his girlfriend and the two baby Snivys his Serperior had- and almost fainted at the mess that greeted him.

23. Caught

Touko spent the remainder of her childhood in total denial, refusing to admit that she had fallen head-over-heels in love with Cheren - one smoldering, congratulatory kiss from said boy after she had become the champion, Touko could not deny it any longer.

24. Impatient

Waiting has never been Cheren's strong suit - whether during meals, traveling or even while battling, he was always in a rush; and yet, when it came to Touko, he was the exact opposite.

25. Nightmare

Touko woke up with a strangled cry, her face distorted into a look of despair as remnants of the nightmare plagued her sanity; however, the feel of Cheren's arms wrapped around her waist, right leg thrown over both of hers, and the gentle whispering reminded Touko that she was never alone.

26. Gentle

The first time their lips touched, Cheren almost smiled at the tenderness and love he felt and was glad that he had not given his first kiss to anyone else.

27. Obvious

"Oh Cheren it's so obvious! You and Touko were kissing behind that tree just admit it!"

28. Karma

Touko was proud to say that Karma will never get a chance to bite her because of how she lived her life with Cheren.

29. Affection

Cheren sometimes felt like a big cat every time Touko nuzzled and caressed him; he was not one to complain, though, as he knew that that was just Touko's way of reminding him just how much she loved him.

30. Heat

It was almost unbearable, but they both knew they were only several strokes away from that heavenly bliss. "C'mon Cheren! We have to take a dip in the hot springs as soon as possible!"

31. Winter

Cheren thought that Touko preferred summer because it allowed her to run around and soak up the sun's rays; what he did not know was that the Touko once had a bad run in with an ice-type pokemon and that had traumatized her for life.

32. Age

Cheren was a bit older then Touko and people regularly assumed that he was a short adult.

33. Flowers

Touko smiled and handed Cheren a bouquet of his favorite flowers.

34. Care

"There are people who care for you Touko! Bianca, your pokemon, your mother, Juniper,…and me…"

35. Agony

Touko held on tight to a trembling Cheren who was moaning in agony from the Seviper's poisonous bite.

36. Question

"Another cone? Touko you just had four ice cream cones and you want another!?"

37. Hands

They were calloused and scarred, mostly because of all the battles she went through; tonight they were gentle and loving, and Cheren would not have it any other way.

38. Ignorance

Touko could no longer afford to be ignorant about Cheren's feelings for her.

39. Children

What was supposed to be a nice picnic with friends turned into an all out food-fight, leaving Cheren to wonder if they will ever grow up?

40. Family

"What a big family we have Cheren. We might as well call all these pokemon in our house our children."

41. Lucky

Cheren remembered a time when he would scoff at the idea of being friends with a bunch of girl. Now, he's thankful to have such a wonderful friend in Bianca and a lover in Touko.

42. Sky

Today, it was blue mixed with orange and yellow as the sun began to set; Touko came up beside Cheren and held his hand

43. Tea

"Touko, this tea from the Trio Brothers is delicious, here try it."

44. Possession

Touko didn't seem to mind when Cheren wrapped an arm possessively around her.

45. Blue

Personally, she preferred the color blue because it reminded her of Cheren.

46. Watch

Watching Touko dance with the Kimono Girls was a special treat for Cheren.

47. Introduction

"Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce my boyfriend Cheren to you all!"

No, Touko wasn't a grand lady but her girlish beauty made up for it.

49. Siblings

Cheren had no idea that Touko had a twin brother named Touya. The news was a shock but he wasn't jealous.

They shone in the moonlight, dark blue orbs gazing tenderly at her, and for the first time, Touko felt truly free.
